1. REGISTER
To begin, fax or mail your completed fundraising contract to us. Resource Solutions will be assigned to your account and will be available to assist you throughout the course of your fundraising event.

2. RECEIVE YOUR KIT
About a week before your fundraiser is scheduled to begin, you will receive a fundraising kit via FedEx. Your kit will contain your seller packets and other important information. Each kit will include a catalog, a multiple customer order form, a collection envelope, and an instruction sheet explaining the order collection process for each seller. You will receive instructions on submitting your orders and calculating your profit as well.

3. COLLECT ORDERS
You should plan to allow approximately two to three weeks to collect orders. If you need more time, you may run your fundraiser for up to 30 days. Customer payments should be made by check payable to you or your organization, or by cash. You will then submit one payment to us with your orders, retaining your profit upfront.

4. SEND YOUR ORDERS
Once you collect your orders, they are sent to your Resource Solutions along with your payment. One payment is made for 60% of the retail value of your fundraising orders plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges*. You will retain the other 40% as your profit. Acceptable forms of payment to Resource Solutions are check, money order, Mastercard or Visa.  Tupperware is now offering tax exemption to non-profit organizations. All organizations desiring to fundraiser with us who qualify to tax exemption must provide us with their tax-exempt form before receiving their fundraising kit. Organizations who qualify will be excused from assessing sales tax on customer fundraising orders. All other organizations will be charged sales tax on the full amount of your order.

5. RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCTS
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your products to arrive once you have submitted your orders, although it is usually sooner.  We do not ship directly to a customer’s home.  All orders are shipped to one central location. Approximately 3-5 business days after your orders are processed, the products are shipped via FedEx from our order fulfillment center for fast delivery to your destination. Each item is clearly labeled for easy sorting. You will also receive plastic bags for packing. 

We do not require a fundraising deposit, however, we do charge a $75 materials and handling fee if you cancel your fundraiser once your materials have been shipped.  Canceled fundraisers are fundraisers which produce zero sales and/or fundraisers which do not submit orders to our order processing address below within 30 days of your fundraiser start date.
